POHA / RICE FLAKES
|3 cups (OR)|
|Roasted Almonds||20 (or) 1/8cup|
|Dry coconut powder||1/4cup|
|Cashews||1tbsp (cut into small pieces)|
- Heat ghee and fry poha till crispy. Cool it down. (I used Crispy Rice Flakes Cereal and used it directly).

- Meanwhile dry roast almonds and cool it down and grind into powder.
- In blender or food processor grind poha, sugar, dry coconut powder and cardamom into fine powder (do not add water or milk). To this add almond powder and grind it for couple of seconds.
- Heat tsp of ghee and fry cashews. Add prepared powder and mix till all powders are well incorporated. Shape into small laddu. (if required, sprinkle very little amount of milk to form a shape).
