|Cashew's||2tbsp (break into pcs)|
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins. Pull out from ghee and keep aside.
- In same ghee, fry grated carrot for 3-5 minutes .
- In heavy bottomed vessel pour water and milk.Bring to boil.
- Add carrot and boil on medium flame until carrot is cooked or when milk is slightly thickens.
- Add sugar and cardamom power and boil it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fried Cashews and Kismis.
- Serve cool or hot.
