MAMIDIKAYI PACHADI (INSTANT)



Pachi mamidikaya1
Red chilly powder2tsp
Turmeric1/4tsp
Salt to taste


  • Peel the mango and chop into big cubes.
  • Put in blender or food processor and grind into coarse paste.
  • Take into a bowl and add red chilly powder, turmeric and salt and mix well with hand.

FOR TEMPERING:

Garlic flakes4
Mustards1/2tsp
Urad dal1tsp
Red chilly2 (break into 2)
Curry leavesfew
Hing powderpinch
Oil2tbsp


  • Heat oil and fry the above ingredients and pour on the mango.
  • Mix well and serve with hot rice and ghee.
