Pachi mamidikaya | 1 |
Red chilly powder | 2tsp |
Turmeric | 1/4tsp |
Salt | to taste |
- Peel the mango and chop into big cubes.
- Put in blender or food processor and grind into coarse paste.
- Take into a bowl and add red chilly powder, turmeric and salt and mix well with hand.
FOR TEMPERING:
Garlic flakes | 4 |
Mustards | 1/2tsp |
Urad dal | 1tsp |
Red chilly | 2 (break into 2) |
Curry leaves | few |
Hing powder | pinch |
Oil | 2tbsp |
- Heat oil and fry the above ingredients and pour on the mango.
- Mix well and serve with hot rice and ghee.
